Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Provide essential administrative support to our HSE Manager, ensuring all safety systems and documentation are up-to-date and audit ready.
  • Manage and maintain our HSE documentation, track compliance, and support the completion of crucial assessments like Totika and SiteWise.
  • Own the HSE training matrix—tracking certifications, organizing training sessions, and ensuring our team is always prepared and compliant.
  • Act as the go-to person for HSE inquiries, support toolbox talks, and help draft and distribute safety bulletins that keep our team informed and safe.
  • Support PPE management, ensuring everyone on our sites have the right gear, wears it properly, and maintains it to the highest standard.

Desired Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For: 

  • Experience in a construction or manufacturing environment with HSE responsibilities looking for that next step into an HSE career or studying towards a career in HSE.
  • A genuine passion for safety and a desire to build a career in HSE.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • A full NZ driver’s license and a “can-do” attitude.
