Job Description
The Programme Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating and improving the project programmes and their outcomes across the New Energy brand.
Key responsibilities include:
Project programme oversight and delivery
Change management and adaptation
Stakeholder engagement
Risk and performance management
Desired Skills and Experience
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Primavera, Agile, PMBOK).
PMP, MSP, or similar certification is advantageous.
Proven experience (+3 years) in programme or project management, preferably within the construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of the New Zealand regulatory and operational landscape in construction and/or energy.
Experience managing large-scale or multi-site programmes with complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent change management and strategic thinking capabilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
