Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar farm projects across New Zealand.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and to specification. You'll oversee electrical project delivery from planning through to commissioning while leading site teams, contractors, and key project stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Lead electrical delivery across major renewable energy projects
Manage site teams, contractors, resources, and project workflow
Drive strong HSE, quality, and project performance outcomes
Oversee planning, commissioning, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Monitor budgets, project costs, and delivery timelines
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure, utilities, or renewable energy projects
Strong leadership and contractor management capability
Ability to perform in fast-paced project environments
Current NZ EWRB Certification
Full Class 1 Driver Licence
Flexibility to travel and work away from home as required
