Job Description
What you'll do:
Coordinate and guide supervisors and crews to success in remote locations. You'll foster a positive work environment, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Oversee daily progress, enforce compliance with safety standards, and ensure every project meets our rigorous quality control standards.
Manage budgets, track materials, and coordinate logistics—your precision will keep our projects on time and within budget.
Mentor your team, identify training needs, and champion continuous improvement across all levels.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in electrical reticulation and trenching.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in challenging environments.
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Flexibility to travel often and work in varying conditions.
A "can-do" attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Full NZ Driver’s License, classes 1 & 2.
Wheels, tracks, and roller endorsements.
